Where to buy in Mortlake
September 29th, 2008 by | Filed under Mortlake.Mortlake is the river strip from White Hart Lane (which is the boundary with Barnes) westwards. Mortlake High Street is mainly flats, some in council built blocks. The most sought-after houses are in the streets nearest Barnes such as First and Second avenues. There are small cottages in the patchwork of street further west near the church, such as Church path, Victoria Road, and Wrights Walk. Rosemary Cottages, Cowley and Ashleigh Roads contain Edwardian terraces. Former commercial buildings have been converted to flats. Dukes Reach is a new flat development near the river. Parliament Mews is a private housing development also near the river.
